Jeff Krauss

The Go-To Name Behind NYC’s Most Exclusive Celebrity Events

Featured image:Luke Evans with Jeff Krauss at Benjamin Steakhouse

In New York City’s ever-evolving nightlife and luxury event scene, one name continues to stand out as the visionary behind some of the most exclusive gatherings in entertainment: Jeff Krauss.

As President of IE Group NYC, Krauss has built a reputation for curating high-end, intimate, and highly personalized events for some of the most recognizable figures in entertainment and sports. He works with some of Hollywood’s biggest names and has become known for the level of trust he has earned from clients who rely on him to deliver seamless, private, and elevated experiences.

From milestone birthdays to private holiday celebrations, his company has become synonymous with refined luxury events tailored for celebrities who value discretion as much as experience.

Over the years, Krauss and his team have reportedly worked with major names including Jessica Alba, Serena Williams, and Demi Lovato, designing bespoke events that emphasize privacy, atmosphere, and top-tier hospitality.

Jeff Krauss, Demi Lovato

One recent highlight included hosting Brooke Shields and her daughters for an intimate birthday dinner at Zoi Mediterranean, one of New York City’s most talked-about dining destinations. The evening reflected Krauss’s signature approach: curated settings, elevated menus, and a focus on connection over spectacle.

Krauss says that this summer, one of the biggest trends among celebrities is the rise of intimate, curated dinners, often hosted at their favorite restaurants or at venues he personally recommends to create a romantic, elevated, and highly personal atmosphere. These gatherings are designed to be shared with their closest friends and family, prioritizing connection and comfort over large-scale nightlife experiences.

Jeff Krauss, Serena Williams

He says this shift reflects a broader desire for meaningful time together in private settings where guests can truly unwind and enjoy themselves away from public attention.

According to Krauss, there has been a noticeable evolution in what celebrities are seeking from their social experiences.

“This summer, more and more clients are choosing intimate dinners over large club events,” he notes. “They want to feel comfortable, safe, and able to be themselves, surrounded by great food, great music, and thoughtful service.”

He adds that artists such as Luke Evans have embraced this approach, hosting intimate pre-event dinners with close friends and family ahead of major industry nights like the Tony Awards.

That pivot away from traditional nightlife has only strengthened Krauss’s position in the industry. His events prioritize exclusivity without excess, offering a private-world feel in some of New York’s most desirable venues.

Beyond private dinners, Krauss has also been involved in producing high-profile industry events, including after-parties tied to Saturday Night Live, further cementing his influence across both entertainment and nightlife circles.

His reputation for discretion, precision, and trust has made him a preferred name among top-tier talent. When artists like Alicia Keys are envisioning a uniquely curated event experience, Krauss is often the first call, known for translating creative ideas into fully executed, high-level productions.

Jeff Krauss, Uma Thurman

Spotted alongside entertainers such as Luke Bryan and Diplo, Krauss continues to attract repeat collaborations, with clients returning for the consistency, creativity, and elevated standard his brand delivers.

In a city defined by constant reinvention, Jeff Krauss and IE Group NYC remain at the center of a quieter but highly influential shift in luxury entertainment, where exclusivity is no longer about volume but about trust, privacy, and experience.

The Viennese Opera Ball celebrated its 70th anniversary at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City with “A Magical Night, a Fairy Masquerade Ball,” transforming the evening into a masquerade ball for the very first time while commemorating 270 years of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Inspired by Mozart’s beloved opera The Magic Flute, the evening transported guests into a world of mystery and enchantment, celebrating Austrian cultural heritage through the elegance, pageantry, and romance long associated with the storied event.

Held under the auspices of the U.S. Austrian Chamber of Commerce, and with Gala Chair Jean Shafiroff, President and Executive Director Silvia Frieser, Artistic Director Daniel Serafin and Ambassador of Austria to the United States H.E. A highlight of the evening was the appearance of guests of honor and opera stars including two time Grammy Award-winner Angel Blue, two time Grammy nominee Lawrence Brownlee, Hera Hyesang Park, Adam Smith and Golda Zahra. The program also featured a special ballet performance by Liudmila Konovalova, principal dancer of the Vienna State Opera, and music by the Viennese Opera Ball Orchestra under the direction of concertmaster Maestro Rainer Sulzgruber. The celebrated presentation of the debutantes and their escorts, choreographed by Sandra Stockmayer of Dancing School Svabek, remained one of the evening’s most anticipated traditions.  Among this year’s 16 debutantes were Miss New York Teen USA, Ginger Ragaishis, and Gabriela Ortega, whose grace and elegance beautifully embodied the Ball’s cherished traditions.

Hamptons Summer Songbook By the Sea returned to New York City for its 3rd Annual NYC “Friendraiser,” an evening of live performance and celebration benefiting LTV Studios and building anticipation for the acclaimed East End concert series’ 2026 summer season at The Triad Theatre.

Hosted by Donna Rubin and LTV Creative Director Josh Gladstone, the annual friendraiser brings together leading cabaret artists and supporters for a musical preview of the season ahead. The program opened with award-winning Barbara Fasano, whose “A Swell-egant, Elegant Party” set the tone with warmth, wit and polished musicality, before Laurence Maslon, host and producer of WLIW-FM’s Broadway to Main Street, continued the Broadway-centered celebration. Journalist and broadcaster David Alpern then introduced Eric Yves Garcia, the acclaimed singer-pianist and cabaret favorite, who performed a Rodgers and Hart tribute,  and lifestyle personality Pamela Morgan for a culinary-minded turn with “I Can Cook Too.”

Following closing remarks from Rubin and Gladstone, the cast gathered for a group photo before guests continued the celebration at a post-show reception downstairs.
